We lead treks and projects that have a positive social and environmental impact

Adventure with a Purpose

We specialise in trips that combine contribution with adventure. All of our expeditions include a small project, guaranteed to make a valued contribution to the local community or environment.

Our projects are carefully selected in collaboration with local governments, agencies and communities. We partner with existing programmes that have already demonstrated their long-term, positive and sustainable impact.

Our treks are selected to be challenging and but not technical. From the Cardamom mountains in Cambodia to the Corcovado park in Costa Rica, you are guaranteed to find yourself in safe hands, surrounded by beauty.

Our Sister Company

Our sister company, True Adventure is the leading expedition provider for schools in the UK. Over the past 10 years, we have led over 500 tailor-made expeditions for over 5000 students and delivered sustainable projects in developing countries worth over £500,000.

Our team has developed an international network of trusted partnerships as well as tried and tested safety/backup systems  enabling us to deliver world-class adventure travel services.

Keba Adventures harnesses this experience and resource to offer a premium range of expeditions.

Our Story

In 2009 our sister company ran its first expeditions. One of these expeditions visited the village of Kibber, high in the Indian Himalaya, in the remote and starkly beautiful Spitti Valley.

On arrival at the village, there was no one to greet the team at the school to start their project. Why not? Well, because the village had seen too many other tourists come through other local villages, paint some buildings and leave a week later. They were simply fed up with tokenistic projects.

Over the course of the week, the team showed this was not what True Adventure were all about and they wanted to make a lasting difference to the village. By the end of the week most of the village was involved in the work, so impressed were they by the contribution being made by the UK students.

It is in this spirit that we have decided to derive our companies name from the village of Kibber. Keba Adventures will always ensure that through adventure we support remote communities and projects to truly leave a lasting legacy for those we work with.
